Amanda DeLong is the Broker/Owner of Evermark Realty. She is a Grand Rapids native, an avid traveler, and a lover of all things chocolate. When she is not helping her clients buy or sell real estate, Amanda enjoys reading, baking, or spending time with her husband and daughters. Amanda was recognized as a ’30 Under 30′ award winner by the National Association of REALTORS® in 2018, and as the Young Professional of the Year by the Greater Regional Alliance of REALTORS® in 2020. Amanda is a graduate of Calvin College and holds the ABR, IREP, GRI, and PSA real estate designations.

John DeLong is a West Michigan REALTOR® known for his friendly, down-to-earth approach and commitment to helping people make confident, informed real estate decisions. Having called West Michigan home for over 30 years, John brings a deep appreciation for the communities and lifestyle that make the area special.

With hands-on experience in home construction, electrical work, repairs, and maintenance, John offers clients a practical perspective that goes beyond the typical real estate transaction. He particularly enjoys helping first-time buyers, families searching for a long-term home, people relocating to West Michigan, and clients buying or selling lake homes, acreage, new construction, and fixer-uppers.

John believes the best real estate relationships are built on honesty, clear communication, patience, and personal attention. He treats his clients like friends and is committed to serving them well and not simply helping them buy or sell a house, but helping them make decisions they can feel good about for years to come.

Dale is a Certified Residential real estate appraiser and has been appraising since 1992.  He obtained his real estate sales license in 1993 and holds the GRI designation.

Dale has lived in the Grand Rapids area for most of the past 40 years and is a graduate of Calvin College.

While Dale’s primary focus will remain in the appraisal field, he is available and pleased to show, list and sell properties as well.

Whitney Storey is an Associate Broker/REALTOR® and is also the Marketing Assistant at Evermark Realty. Born and raised in Holland, Whitney has continued to call Holland home and resides there with her husband and sons. Whitney’s favorite hobbies include any sort of outdoor activity such as kayaking, camping, hunting, fishing, and boating. She is a graduate of GVSU and holds the GRI and ABR real estate designations.
